The bottom floor of the addition is framed and almost all of the plywood is up on the outside. Matt is doing this all by himself and is just using the plans from the architect, the plans from the lumber company, a book from Home Depot, a few phone calls to contractor friends, and faith to do it all. Believe it or not, it is all going well and Matt is excited!
